These are vintage sheets made of a blend of linen and cotton ("metis"), retaining the best qualities of both -- the refreshing cool of linen and the durability of cotton. Creamy white metis will blend with your other white bed linens. The drawn hems are done completely by hand. They were gently used and will last for many years. The white linen color is harder to find a great base for upholstery, pillows or curtains. Appropriate for daily use...will last for many years. Freshly laundered and in excellent condition. c.1920's - 40's There are four. Sheet #3 has smudges on the edge, loose corners and a small spot, shown below. Please indicate which one you would like:
