What an wonderful piece of antiquity....Arts and Crafts embroidered natural linen travel pouch appears to have been rarely used and is so charming. The outside flap is perfectly embroidered with an Arts and Crafts era swag in royal blue, platinum and black. The edges are trimmed with silk binding that has frayed with time as silk will. It closes with snaps on the sides of the inner fold and the edge of the flap. Inside there is a treasure of charm in three little pockets, each embroidered with it's designated contents. Two loops will hold gloves or collars. What a treasure! Offered in excellent condition, as found. c.1890's - 1920 29.5" X 10.5" open, 10.5" square closed
