Triple Monogrammed Vintage Purse

A gorgeous triple monogram "VGT" was hand embroidered on this white fabric purse. An insert is included that is stiff and brings structure to the piece. This ingenious design was made for "hands free" use as the purse would have been attached to a belt or sash on the wearer's hip through a loop attached to the back. A single black dot on the inside flap is the only flaw, shown below. It is in otherwise excellent condition...the outer piece has been freshly laundered and pressed. The insert was not laundered and is offered as found. c.1930's - 40's 9" X 6" closed
