Ever so shabby, but still quite pretty....this antique society silk doily still has a bit of life left for your craft projects. The embroidered poinsettias are vivid and crisp and are deserving of another life -- the flaws do not extend into the embroidered area so the piece could easily be trimmed and finished in a smaller square or circle. The flaws include a large hole and a dark mark / hole, both shown below in the full shot photo. Freshly laundered and pressed, in useable condition, sold for the embroidery only. c.1900 10" square
