Just a wee bit shabby... So many of the Christmas society silks I've found are worn...from years and years of use, well beyond the original period of the style. This piece is no exception but is done by an experienced hand...and still grand despite the light water spot (worse in the photo than in person) and the tiny pin holes. There is no mistaking the Christmas and Victorian themes here.... Freshly laundered and pressed, in good, useful condition, as shown. c.1900 8" round
