A most fun pattern by Vera Marghab, one must only glance at the embroidery to appreciate the reason why her pieces are considered the best in the world. "Plume" is best known for it's fluffy eyelash fringes that appear at intervals along both hems. Many well meaning customers promptly trimmed these as soon as they arrived home from the shop...what a grand set to have found, perfect, unused and in the original box! The coral embroidered plumes are thickly padded and stitched with precision. Tiny, fingertip size. Offered in excellent, unused condition, as found. c.1030's - 50's 8.25" X 15" including fringes.
