Splendid unused set of antique Irish linen towels have never been laundered and still have original labels with the pattern name, "Poppy" and pedigree, "Made in Ireland". Would there be any doubt?? Fine, creamy antique linen damask and huck weaves alternate in stripes that show the Poppy pattern. Ends are smartly finished by hand with deeply drawn hems. Fabulous for guests but use them every day...Offered as found, in just about perfect shape. c.1900 18" X 32"
