Unused Antique Linen Towels
Monogrammed "CM"

Gorgeous warm ecru linen antique damask towels were perfectly monogrammed by hand, "CM", then tucked away and never used. Each has an amusing flaw...an irregularly trimmed fringe line at the end opposite the monogram. This is easily remedied (and I am happy to fix it for you!) but I wanted you to have the option to own them in their original state. Also, one has a weaving flaw along the selvedge. It looks awful up close but does not show when the piece is displayed and does not compromise the integrity of the fabric.
These are thick and lovely...originally intended for the bath...and were never used. Offered as found in near perfect condition, as described. c.1900 24.5" X 57" including fringes
