Antique linen damask towel is monogrammed by hand, "R" on a field of medium weight, creamy white huck linen damask. The embroidery is a wee bit shabby, but dramatically large with a look that just says, "I am old and loved." Minor wear, shown below, does not threaten many more years of use and display. Hems are neatly drawn by hand. Good to excellent, useful condition, freshly laundered and pressed. c.1900 20.5" X 26.5"
