Beautiful white linen antique hanky case is embroidered in the Appenzell style with a wispy garland and finished with a double monogram, "PR". Silvery gray silk embroidery accentuates the pattern and is a classic element of the style. Edges are finished with deep, layered scallops. A previous owner, Marcia Toensfeldt (lucky girl!) left her label on the inside. I could easily be removed, if you wish...a charming piece for the perfect bride. Minor age on the front panel will soak away. Offered as found, in excellent condition. c.1900 6" X 6" closed
