These gorgeous fine linen kitchen towels are not marked but are almost assuredly vintage Irish linen. I can only imagine their paper labels were carefully removed prior to long term storage in a cedar chest (they have that wonderful cedar smell!). And lucky for us they were never used and are still heavily polished and crisp. A faint water mark is on one that came as a result of my over zealous pre-ironing spritz. This will wash out completely, I promise. The natural linen ground is beautifully fine and remarkably free of slubs, though there are a few. The candy stripe colors of green, yellow and violet are bright and clear. Just sweet, as found! 16.5" X 35"
