Vintage Linen Rooster Towel Set

I found this gorgeous ecru linen fabric with the roosters already embroidered on it, apparently once curtains, and have restyled it into these lovely rooster towels. The embroidery is impeccable, as is the scalloped buttonhole stitched hem. I was so tickled with the result that I monogrammed each with my own "label" as-it-were, "EM". Now I don't pretend to be a professional embroidress and will certainly sell the best ones first, but it was tremendous fun and well worth the experience. The linen here is natural and medium to heavy weight. Hems are finished with the best professional technique. One thing is sure, I can sew a straight line! These are so fun...a great addition to your vintage kitchen. Large with rooster -- 34" X 23" Small, plain -- 21" X 17"
