Splendid antique embroidered cotton lace was rescued long ago and is still sturdy enough for another life as ??!??...let your imagination go! The embroidery is perfect and uniform throughout with several different types of stitches including satin, seed, buttonhole and outline stitching, all executed with the Schifli embroidery machine. Minor age will launder. There is enough here to work into shams or some other delectable treat. Freshly laundered and pressed, in good, usable condition. c.1880 Total of 85", 2.75" wide
