This came to me on an ancient bolt from an ancient dry goods shop, long since out of business. There were two pieces...this shorter length, and a much (much!!) longer piece sold separately -- L11408.
Insertion lace was used to adorn sheets and pillowcases, bedcovers and curtains. This cream linen antique lace yardage is long enough for a pair of pillowcases or the end of a large sheet. Bold with lots of texture and sturdy enough to put into something you will used everyday. Freshly laundered and pressed, in excellent unused condition. c.1900 -- 1920's 2.5 yards X 2.25"
