Finely made by hand of linen floss, this Irish Crochet antique lace collar was once attached to a dress or gown and was clearly worn and loved. One broken bride and threads on the inner linen edge are flaws that can easily be overlooked for it's simplicity and charm...the lace could be removed and used in another garment. It is creamy white and spotless, in good condition and has been freshly laundered and gently pressed. c.1880's 30" inside 45" outer edge lace 3" deep full depth 6"
