Vintage Embroidered Linen Cocktail Napkins

Crisp white linen is embroidered and appliquéd with red, yellow, green and blue squares with gray "shadow" squares. Hems are notched and finished by hand. These remind me of the work of vintage Sferra Linens, a fine Italian embroidery firm that is in still in business today....just a feeling I have. The sun was terribly bright the afternoon I took the photos...the linen is truly white and crisp. I wish I had the missing yellow one...pooo....still great for those of us who love primary colors. These appear to have seen little use. Offered in perfect, unused condition, hand soaked and pressed too. c.1950's -- 60's 7 cocktail napkins 7" X 5"
