Superior quality medium to heavy vintage linen double damask is beautifully monogrammed with a triple monogram, "LLM" in the center of each napkin. Exceptional hand embroidery is executed in the style of Appenzell with seed stitching, 5 lobed posies and the classic silvery gray floss that enhances and defines the work. Formal, creamy white linen damask is soft but quite substantial. A wide damask inner border of large blooming roses encircles the monogram. Hems are perfectly sewn by hand with teeny tiny stitches. These are exceptional in every way-- a wonderful set for your trousseau. Every girl needs at least one amazing set like this for her best dinner on her best table.
