             Antique Linen Damask Napkins

             Monogrammed "H"

Item Number N60607

Heavy, creamy white linen antique napkins have hand drawn hems and a sweet, tiny hand embroidered "H" monogram.  The absence of pattern in the damask signified a higher level of formality...The monogram is simple and masculine, but what a grand picture these would make tucked into your handsome antique sterling napkin rings?!  Oh, my!  Sturdy enough to use any old time, but really nice quality for dress-up too.  One has a tiny hole and one has a tiny blue dot, both shown below. Freshly laundered and pressed, in otherwise excellent condition as shown and described.  c.1900 - 1920  23" square

Item Sold

Set of 8 antique formal linen damask napkins, tiny monogram "H" (an extra one with damage makes a total of 9.

$75 set

Photos were darkened to show the pattern.  These are creamy white.
