French linen antique damask napkins are perfectly monogrammed "EM" in the center of each. Creamy white linen in a huck weave was probably intended for everyday use....imagine! Unlike most huck style pieces, the linen is crisp and very finely woven...as soft as any damask you will find.
The outer edges are hand embroidered with artful scallops. If you've never graced your lap with an antique French napkin these will convince you there is no other way to set a table...Freshly laundered and pressed, in excellent condition. c.1880's - 1910 huge -- 32.75" X 39.5"
