Victorian embroidered monogram "LB" takes center stage on these divinely feminine antique layover shams...ruffles, pin tucks and lavish embroidery make these a remarkable pair to have been found in such good condition. The monogram "LB" is nearly 8" tall and 12" wide...the pictures just don't do these justice. Fine white cotton is perfectly finished with deep ruffles that have minor pinholes in several places, shown below. One of the layovers has a small hole above the monogram, shown below. Heavenly, foo foo and prissy...over the top! Freshly laundered and pressed, in excellent condition with consideration for age, as described. c.1870's - 1900 33.5" X 29"
