Perfect antique linen pillowcase features a double monogram, "CC" executed by hand in a somewhat naive, but classic French style. Fine Venetian drawnwork on both ends balance the piece. Cream to beige linen is heavier in weight and likely French in origin. A row of buttonholes below the monogram would be beautiful run through with a satin ribbon, don't you think?! A single dot is the only flaw, shown below. Freshly laundered and pressed, in excellent condition. c.1900 19" X 32"
