Perfect antique linen baby sheet is finished with oh, sooo grown-up detail, including a triple monogram, deep lace and a fancy turndown too. For your prince or princess....glorious creamy white finest linen lawn is hand monogrammed with both satin stitch and a braided stitch I've not seen before. It could be that the left and right initials of the monogram were added later to fit another generations newborn babe...or possibly, the braiding was added on top of satin stitching for emphasis. Finished with hand made linen bobbin lace, which is just a wee bit shabby on the edge here and there. Otherwise, the piece is in perfect condition. Freshly laundered and pressed, ready for your baby's first photo shoot. c.1900 ap. 41" X 63", including lace on length measurement only
