Vintage French sheet is made of a blend of linen and cotton ("metis"), retaining the best qualities of both -- the refreshing cool of linen and the durability of cotton. Creamy white (rare to be found in this color!!) and quite heavy, it will lighten and soften with use. Fabulous for the country French experience from dusk till dawn. Appropriate for daily use and will last for many years. Excellent condition with an area of age that will launder, shown below, offered as found. c.1930's - 40's 81" X 126"
